Delivery & Returns
Last updated: 17 August 2026
Thank you for shopping with Eleanor Daisy. This page explains how I package and deliver artwork, and what to do if you need to return an order.
If you have any questions, please contact me at ellie@eleanordaisy.com.
1. Delivery
I take care to package artwork securely so that it reaches you safely.
Orders are sent to the delivery address provided when you place your order.
Processing time
I aim to dispatch orders within 1–3 working days of receiving payment.
During particularly busy periods, there may occasionally be a slight delay. If there is likely to be a significant delay in dispatching your order, I will contact you where reasonably possible.
Delivery times
Delivery times vary depending on your location and the delivery service used.
Once your order has been dispatched, the delivery timeframe is determined by the postal or courier service.
Delivery times are estimates rather than guarantees and can be affected by postal delays, busy periods or circumstances outside my control.
Delivery costs
Standard delivery within the UK is currently £4.
Delivery costs may vary for certain larger or heavier artworks where additional postage or packaging is required. Any applicable delivery charge will be shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.
2. Where I deliver
I currently deliver within the United Kingdom and to Guernsey.
I do not currently offer delivery to other international destinations.
3. Delivery address
Please make sure your delivery address is correct when placing your order.
I cannot be responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
If you realise that you have entered the wrong address, please contact me as soon as possible at:
I will do my best to help before the order is dispatched.
4. Artwork damaged during delivery
I package artwork carefully to help prevent damage during transit.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact me as soon as possible at:
Please include:
Your order number
A description of the damage
Photographs of the artwork
Photographs of the packaging, where possible
Please keep the original packaging until the issue has been resolved, as it may be needed as evidence for a delivery claim.
I will assess the situation and work with you to find an appropriate solution.
Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
5. If your order does not arrive
If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact me at:
I will investigate the delivery with the relevant postal or courier service and help resolve the issue.
6. Returns and cancellations
If you are a consumer purchasing online, you will generally have the legal right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason.
You must then return the goods within the applicable legal timeframe.
Some products may be excluded from the right to cancel, including artwork that has been made to your specifications or clearly personalised.
If you are unsure whether your purchase can be returned, please contact me before sending anything back.
7. How to request a return
To request a return or exercise your right to cancel, please contact:
Please include:
Your name
Your order number
Details of the artwork you wish to return
Reason for contacting me, where appropriate
I will provide any relevant return instructions.
Please do not send an item back without contacting me first.
8. Condition of returned artwork
Please take reasonable care of artwork while it is in your possession.
Where you are exercising your legal right to cancel, you may be responsible for any loss in value resulting from handling the artwork beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning.
Where possible, please return artwork in its original packaging and in suitable protective packaging.
9. Cost of returning an item
Unless an item is faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or otherwise covered by a legal remedy, the customer may be responsible for the direct cost of returning an item where permitted by law.
If an item is faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied, please contact me before returning it so that I can advise you on the appropriate next steps.
10. Refunds
Once a valid return has been received and assessed, I will arrange any applicable refund in accordance with your legal rights.
Refunds will normally be made using the original payment method.
Where you exercise your statutory right to cancel, I will refund the applicable amount within the timeframe required by law.
11. Faulty or incorrect orders
If your artwork arrives faulty, damaged or is not the item you ordered, please contact me at:
Your statutory consumer rights apply, and depending on the circumstances you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund or other remedy.
12. Original artwork and one-of-a-kind pieces
Some Eleanor Daisy artworks may be original or one-of-a-kind pieces.
If an original artwork is returned where a legal right to return applies, it must be returned in appropriate condition.
Once an original artwork has been returned and accepted, it will no longer be considered sold to the original customer and may subsequently be made available for sale again.
